Abstract
Poultry require a variety of nutrients for maintenance, health, growth, development and reproduction. The level and ratio of nutrients needed differs according to the species, age and productive state. This chapter breaks down the nutritional requirements of poultry, discusses a variety of feeds and feeding methods, and explains feed labels.
