Reproductive tract disorders are the third most common reason for guinea pigs to be presented for veterinary attention, following dental disease and skin disease. A wide range of reproductive disorders affect guinea pigs and knowledge of the anatomy and common problems affecting the reproductive tract are essential in diagnosing and treating reproductive disease. This chapter provides a practical guide to the management of disorders of the male and female reproductive tracts in guinea pigs.
