Abstract

A nutritional assessment assesses all aspects of feeding, facilitating evaluation of both the diet and feeding management. It is critical that veterinary professionals understand what foods are being fed to ensure that the diet fulfils all nutritional aims, and to provide suitable advice if it does not.
