Clinical conundrum
A boxer that suddenly developed a heart murmur
Abstract
A 2-year-old Boxer presented with tachycardia and a heart murmur following a period of illness and a previous presentation with a pyometra that led to a ovariohysterectomy. The diagnosis and progression of the underlying condition is described.
