Being 50 years old is a time for BSAVA PetSavers to look back and consider its impact. Much has been achieved by the last 10 years of cardiovascular clinical research funding. Here, we focus on two major cardiac diseases: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in cats and myxomatous mitral valve disease (MMVD) in dogs.
