When covid struck in spring 2020, it gradually became apparent that hopes for the 63rd BSAVA Congress in 2021 being held face to face in Manchester were unrealistic and so the decision to hold the Congress as a virtual event was made. Krista Arnold, Chair of the BSAVA Events Working Group, takes us behind the scenes to find out exactly how this was achieved.
