Clinical conundrum
A case of chronic and painful otitis
Abstract
A 4-year-old Italian Spinone presented with a history of recurrent bilateral otitis externa, starting at 4 month of age. The diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis complicated by Pseudomonas infection are described.
