Ellen was born and brought up in Belgium; she graduated from the University of Ghent in veterinary medicine. She owns her own practice and finds time to juggle work and family life around travelling to the UK to study for the BSAVA Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Ophthalmology – and complete it in the shortest time possible.
