Parasiticides and the environment
Abstract
As part of BSAVA Policy’s ‘One Health: One Team’ stream at BSAVA Congress 2025, Francine Fernadez from the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and Dr Jonathan Newman from the Environment Agency (EA) spoke about the environmental risk and ongoing challenges associated with the use of parasiticides in companion animals.
