BSAVA is hosting a series of meetings around the country in 2018 to offer members training in ways to reduce the risk of clinical errors that can have catastrophic effects on their patients’ well-being. A key step in the process of reducing the risk of medical accidents is to stop looking for someone to blame when treatment does go wrong. John Bonner reports.
