Sarah-Band.gif  Rabbits belong to a famously fecund Family – but the field of rabbit medicine research could never be described as fertile territory. Most scientific papers on rabbits have been published because rabbits are used as models for human diseases and reproductive imaging studies, or as food-producing animals, so West Sussex practitioner hopes that the two publications which resulted from her BSAVA Master’s in Clinical Veterinary Research project on focussed abdominal imaging in rabbits could be the first of many.
