Clinical conundrum
A Labrador with hind limb lameness and episodic paraparesis A 7-year-old Labrador presented with a 3 month history of lameness affecting the left hind limb, bilateral hind limb lameness and episodes of acute-onset collapse. Diagnosis and treatment of a thrombus and protein-losing nephropathy are described.
