Abstract

This chapter looks at the diet of rabbits. Many published nutritional guides are out of date and based on research on commercially farmed rabbits. Feeding an appropriate diet to pet rabbits is key in maintaining good health and promoting welfare. This chapter addresses the nutritional requirements of rabbits at different life stages.
