A lame 12-week-old kitten 
A 12-week-old Savannah kitten presented with lameness. Radiography showed a generalized decrease in bone opacity and a fracture. Extensive testing led to a diagnosis of nutritional hyperparathyroidism which was successfully treated and managed.

A 5-month-old female Cocker Spaniel presented with a 4 week history of regurgitation. Fluoroscopy led to a diagnosis of cricopharyngeal achalasia which was successfully treated with surgery.

Right forelimb lameness and haematuria in an Australian Cattle Dog 
An 8-year-old female neutered Australian Cattle Dog that had recently moved to the UK from Arizona presented with a 4-month history of lethargy, inappetance and right forelimb lameness, and a 6-month history of stranguria and haematuria. Diagnosis and treatment of a fungal infection are described.

Pelvic limb weakness 
An 8-year-old Whippet presented with progressive pelvic limb lameness of 6 months duration. Six weeks prior to this referral the Whippet had been treated for proteinuria, and previous history included a seroma 7 months ago on the left pelvic limb at the site of an earlier arthrodesis.

The 18-month-old female Golden Retriever has a 14 month history of intermittent stranguria and haematuria which had responded to antibiotic treatment. An ectopic ureter was diagnosed and successfully treated with cystoscopic laser ablation.
